And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 And We delivered them and their people from (their) Great Calamity; 115 And We helped them, so that they were the victors; 116 We granted them a Clear Book, 117 And We led the twain on unto the straight path. 118 and left them thus to be remembered among later generations: 119 Peace be unto Musa and Harun. 120 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 121 Surely they were both of Our believing servants. 122 And indeed, Elias was from among the messengers, 123 He asked his people: 'Do you not fear (Allah)? 124 Would you call on Baal and leave the best of creators, 125 God your Lord and Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they cried him lies; so they will be among the arraigned, 127 But not the servants of Allah, the purified ones. 128 And We left for him among the posterity: 129 'Peace be upon Elias!' 130 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 131 Surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 And lo! Lot verily was of those sent (to warn). 133 Recall what time We delivered him and his household, all. 134 except for an old woman who was among those that stayed behind. 135 Then We destroyed the rest. 136 You pass by their ruins morning 137 And by night: will ye not understand? 138
