Verily We bestowed Our favours on Moses and Aaron 114 And We saved them and their people from the great distress; 115 And We succoured them so that they became overcomers. 116 We gave them the explicit Book, 117 and guided them upon the Straight Path. 118 And We left for the twain among the posterity: 119 Salamun (peace) be upon Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron)!" 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 Indeed, they were of Our believing servants. 122 So also was Elias among those sent (by Us). 123 When he said to his people, “Do you not fear?” 124 Call ye upon Bal and forsake the Best of creators. 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers?" 126 And they denied him, so indeed, they will be brought [for punishment], 127 Except the sincere and devoted Servants of Allah (among them). 128 and We left for him among the later folk 129 Peace be unto Elyasin. 130 Verily, thus do We reward the doers of good 131 Verily, he was one of Our believing slaves. 132 So also was Lut among those sent (by Us). 133 When We saved him and his family, all, 134 except an old woman who was among those that stayed behind; 135 and We destroyed the rest. 136 And most surely you pass by them in the morning, 137 and at night. Will you then not understand? 138
