We also favoured Moses and Aaron, 114 And We delivered them both and their people from the mighty distress. 115 And We succoured them so that they became overcomers. 116 And We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 And We guided them to the Straight Way. 118 and left for them among the later folk 119 "Peace and salutation to Moses and Aaron!" 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 Verily! They were two of Our believing slaves. 122 And Ilyas was most surely of the apostles. 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Would you call on Baal and leave the best of creators, 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients' 126 But they belied him, so they will be among the arraigned (in Hell), 127 except the sincere worshipers of Allah. 128 And we left for him among the later folk (the salutation): 129 Peace be upon Elias. 130 Verily, thus do We reward the doers of good 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 And verily, Lout (Lot) was one of the Messengers. 133 when We delivered him and his people all together, 134 Save an old woman among those who stayed behind; 135 and We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by (their ruined town) in the morning 137 and at night.
