Verily We bestowed Our favours on Moses and Aaron 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And We helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We vouchsafed unto the twain a Book luminous. 117 and guided them to the straight path; 118 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon on both of them in the latter (generations), 119 Peace be on Moses and Aaron. 120 This is how We reward those who do good: 121 Surely they were both of Our believing servants. 122 AND, BEHOLD, Elijah [too] was indeed one of Our message-bearers 123 Behold, he said to his people, "Will ye not fear (Allah)? 124 Do you call on Ba'lan (the idol Baal) and abandon the Best Creator, 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers?" 126 But they gave him the lie: and therefore they will most surely be arraigned [on Judgment Day,] 127 except Allah's chosen servants. 128 and him We left thus to be remembered among later generations: 129 Peace be upon Elias. 130 Verily, thus do We reward the doers of good 131 he was among Our believing servants. 132 And indeed Lut is one of the Noble Messengers. 133 Behold, We delivered him and his adherents, all 134 Save an old woman among the lingerers. 135 Then We annihilated the others. 136 You pass by their ruins morning 137 And at night. Then will you not use reason? 138
