And We indeed did a great favour to Moosa and Haroon. 114 And We saved them and their people from the great distress; 115 We helped them, and they became victorious, 116 And We gave them the explicit Scripture, 117 and showed them the Straight Way, 118 And We left for them (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 119 Peace be unto Musa and Harun. 120 That is how We reward those who do good. 121 they were among Our believing servants. 122 So also was Elias among those sent (by Us). 123 He said to his people, "Have you no fear [of God?] 124 Will ye cry unto Baal and forsake the Best of creators, 125 God your Lord and Lord of your forefathers?" 126 In response they denied him, so they will surely be brought forth as captives. 127 Except the chosen bondmen of Allah. 128 And We left for him among the posterity: 129 Salamun (peace) be upon Ilyasin (Elias)!" 130 This is how We reward the virtuous. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 And Lut was most surely of the apostles. 133 Behold, We delivered him and his adherents, all 134 except for an old woman who remained behind. 135 Then We destroyed the rest [i.e. the towns of Sodom at the place of the Dead Sea (now) in Palestine].
