And, indeed We gave Our Grace to Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron). 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And We succoured them so that they became overcomers. 116 We gave them the explicit Book, 117 And guided them to the Straight Path. 118 and We left them thus to be succeeded by a group [of followers] among later generations: 119 Salamun (peace) be upon Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron)!" 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 Verily the twain were of Our bondmen believing. 122 And lo! Elias was of those sent (to warn), 123 He asked his people: 'Do you not fear (Allah)? 124 "Will you call upon Ba'l (a well- known idol of his nation whom they used to worship) and forsake the Best of creators, 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients?' 126 But they rejected him, and they will certainly be called up (for punishment),- 127 except Allah's chosen servants. 128 and We left for him among the later folk 129 Peace be with the followers of Elias. 130 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 131 he was among Our believing servants. 132 Lot was also one of the messengers. 133 When We saved him and his family, all, 134 Except an old woman who was among those who lagged behind: 135 Then We utterly destroyed the rest of them. 136 You pass by (their habitations) in the morning 137 And at night-time; have ye then no sense? 138
