We also favoured Moses and Aaron, 114 And saved them and their people from the great distress, 115 and succoured them, so that [in the end] it was they who achieved victory. 116 We gave them the enlightening Book, 117 guided them to the right path, 118 And We left for the twain among the posterity: 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 121 they were among Our believing servants. 122 And verily, llyas was one of the sent ones. 123 When he said to his people, "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you worship Ba`al and abandon the Best Creator. 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients?' 126 But they belied him, so they will be among the arraigned (in Hell), 127 But not the servants of Allah, the purified ones. 128 and We left for him among the later folk 129 Peace be on Elias. 130 In this way do We reward the righteous ones. 131 Surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 And Lut was most surely of the apostles. 133 [So mention] when We saved him and his family, all, 134 Save an old woman among the lingerers. 135 Then We utterly destroyed the rest of them. 136 and you pass by them in the morning 137 and in the night; will you not understand? 138
