And Yunus was most surely of the apostles. 139 When he ran away (like a slave from captivity) to the ship (fully) laden, 140 and cast lots, and was of the rebutted, 141 and the fish swallowed him while he was blaming himself. 142 Had he not glorified God, 143 he would have tarried in its belly until the day they shall be raised; 144 ۞ But We caused him to be cast forth on to the beach, sick as he was, 145 And We made a gourd tree grow over him. 146 And We sent him to [his people of] a hundred thousand or more. 147 And they believed, whrefore We let them enjoy life for a season. 148 Therefore ask them (O dear Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him), whether the daughters are for your Lord and the sons for them! 149 or is it that We have created the angels female, and they [who believe them to be divine] have witnessed [that act of creation]? 150 Lo! it is of their falsehood that they say: 151 'God has begotten?' They are truly liars. 152 Has He (then) chosen daughters rather than sons? 153 What is the matter with you? How judge ye? 154 Will ye not then reflect? 155 Or have ye a clear warrant? 156 Then bring ye your Book (of authority) if ye be truthful! 157 They have established a kinship between Allah and the angels; and the angels know well that these people will be arraigned (as culprits). 158 (They say): “Exalted be Allah above what they attribute to Him, 159 Except the bondmen of Allah sincere. 160 So neither you nor those you worship 161 cannot mislead anyone 162 Save him who is to burn in hell. 163 [The angels say], "Every single one of us has his place assigned: 164 We stand in ranks (for prayer) 165 And we are those who sing hallelujas to Him." 166 They used to say: 167 If we had the account of earlier people with us, 168 “We would certainly be the chosen bondmen of Allah.” 169 Yet (now that it is come) they disbelieve therein; but they will come to know. 170 Our Word had already preceded Our worshipers, the Messengers, 171 assuredly they shall be helped, 172 And most surely Our host alone shall be the victorious ones. 173 So turn (away) from them for a while. 174 And see [what will befall] them, for they are going to see. 175 What! would they then hasten on Our chastisement? 176 But when it descends in their territory, then evil is the morning of those who were warned. 177 Leave them alone for a while, 178 And wait, for they will soon see. 179 Hallowed be thine Lord, the Lord of Majesty, from that which they ascribe! 180 And peace be on the apostles. 181 And praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds! 182
Almighty God's Truth.

Notes and Instructions
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
