Bring to mind Our servant Job who cried to his Lord, "Satan has afflicted me with distress and suffering." 41 We said to him, “Strike the earth with your foot; this cool spring is for bathing and drinking.” (A spring gushed forth when he struck the earth – this was a miracle.) 42 We restored to him his family and like those with them, a mercy from Us and a reminder to a nation that understand. 43 We said to Him, "Take a handful of twigs in your hand and strike with that but do not break your oath." We found him steadfast. What an excellent servant! He turned constantly to his Lord. 44 And remember Our servants Ibrahim and Ishaq and Yaqoub, men of power and insight. 45 Verily, We did choose them by granting them (a good thing, i.e.) the remembrance of the home [in the Hereafter and they used to make the people remember it, and also they used to invite the people to obey Allah and to do good deeds for the Hereafter]. 46 In Our sight they are among the chosen and excellent ones. 47 Recall Ismael, Elisha, and Dhulkifl (Ezekiel) who were all virtuous people. 48 This is a Reminder, and indeed for the cautious is a fine return, 49 #NAME? 50 They will be resting therein and will be able to ask for many kinds of fruit and drink. 51 ۞ And beside them will be chaste females (virgins) restraining their glances only for their husbands, (and) of equal ages. 52 This is what you were promised on the Day of Reckoning: 53 Our provision (for you) will never be exhausted. 54 This is for the virtuous; and indeed for the rebellious is a wretched destination. 55 they will burn, in Hell, an evil resting place -- 56 Yea, such! - then shall they taste it,- a boiling fluid, and a fluid dark, murky, intensely cold!- 57 And other (torment) of the kind in pairs (the two extremes)! 58 “Here is another group that was with you, falling along with you”; they will answer, “Do not give them plenty of open space; they surely have to enter the fire – let them also be confined!” 59 The followers will say, “In fact, for you! May you not get open space! It is you who brought this calamity upon us!” So what a wretched destination. 60 They will say: "Our Lord! whoever brought this upon us,- Add to him a double Penalty in the Fire!" 61 And they will add: "How is it that we do not see [here any of the] men whom we were wont to count among the wicked, 62 [and] whom we made the target of our derision? Or are they here, and our eyes have missed them?" 63 Surely that is true the disputing of the inhabitants of the Fire 64
