And remember Our servant Job: when he cried to his Lord: “Behold, Satan has afflicted me with much hardship and suffering.” 41 [and thereupon was told:] "Strike [the ground] with thy foot: here is cool water to wash with and to drink!" 42 We restored his family to him, doubling their number as an act of grace from Us, and as a reminder to all who are endowed with insight. 43 [We said], "And take in your hand a bunch [of grass] and strike with it and do not break your oath." Indeed, We found him patient, an excellent servant. Indeed, he was one repeatedly turning back [to Allah]. 44 Also, remember Our worshipers Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, those of might and vision. 45 We chose them for a special [purpose] -- proclaiming the message of the Hereafter: 46 And verily they are with us of the elect of the excellent ones. 47 Also, remember our worshipers Ishmael, Elisha, and ThulKifl, they are among the good. 48 This is a Reminder. The righteous shall have a good place to return to: 49 They will enter gardens of Eden with their gates open for them. 50 Reclining on pillows, in it they ask for fruits and drinks in plenty. 51 ۞ And with them will be women limiting [their] glances and of equal age. 52 All this is what you are promised for the Day of Judgement. 53 Truly such will be Our Bounty (to you); it will never fail;- 54 But the arrogant will have the worst return: 55 Hell, which they will [enter to] burn, and wretched is the resting place. 56 All of this; so let them taste it, boiling water and pus, 57 And other similar torments. 58 [And they will say to one another: "Do you see] this crowd of people rushing headlong to join you?" "No welcome to them! Indeed, they are headed for the fire!" 59 They will say nay! it is ye, for whom there is no welcome: it is ye who have brought it upon us. Evil shall be the resting-place. 60 They will say: our Lord! whosever hath brought this upon us, unto him increase doubly the torment of the Fire. 61 And they shall say: What is the matter with us that we do not see men whom we used to count among the vicious? 62 [and] whom we made the target of our derision? Or is it that [they are here, and] our eyes have missed them?" 63 Lo! that is very truth: the wrangling of the dwellers in the Fire. 64
