Say: "I am only a warner, and there is no other god but God, the one, the omnipotent, 65 “Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them – the Almighty, the Oft Forgiving.” 66 Say: It is tremendous tidings 67 yet you ignore it. 68 [Say, O Muhammad:] "No knowledge would I have had of [what passed among] the host on high when they argued [against the creation of man,] 69 It is revealed unto me only that I may be a plain warner. 70 Recall what time thy Lord said unto the angels: verily I am about to create a human being from clay; 71 "When I have fashioned him (in due proportion) and breathed into him of My spirit, fall ye down in obeisance unto him." 72 Then the angels bowed themselves all together, 73 save Iblis: he gloried in his arrogance, and [thus] became one of those who deny the truth. 74 He said: O Iblis! what prevented you that you should do obeisance to him whom I created with My two hands? Are you proud or are you of the exalted ones? 75 Said Iblis, “I am better than him; You made me from fire, and You have created him from clay!” 76 The Lord said, "Get out of here. You deserve to be stoned! 77 And verily My curse shall be on thee till the Day of Requital, 78 He said, "My Lord, then reprieve me until the Day they are resurrected." 79 He said: Lo! thou art of those reprieved 80 till the Day the time whereof is known [only to Me]." 81 Said he, 'Now, by Thy glory, I shall pervert them all together, 82 except Your sincere servants among them". 83 Said Allah, “So this is the truth; and I speak only the truth.” – 84 That I will most certainly fill hell with you and with those among them who follow you, all. 85 Say: 'I ask of you no wage for it, neither am I of those who take things upon themselves. 86 "It (this Quran) is only a Reminder for all the 'Alamin (mankind and jinns). 87 you shall before long know its truth." 88
