Say, [Prophet], "I am only a warner. There is no god but God, the One, the All-Powerful, 65 the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is in between them, the Most Mighty, the Most Forgiving.” 66 Say: It is tremendous tidings 67 (And) you are turning aside from it: 68 I had no knowledge of the Exalted Assembly when they argued [against the creation of man]: 69 This alone is revealed to me, that I am only a clear warner.' 70 When your Lord said to the angels: “Verily I am creating a human being from clay. 71 And when I have fashioned him and breathed into him of My Spirit, then fall down before him prostrate, 72 Thereupon the angels prostrated themselves, all of them together, 73 save Iblis: he gloried in his arrogance, and [thus] became one of those who deny the truth. 74 Said (God): "O Iblis, what hindered you from adoring what I created by My own authority? Are you too proud, or too high and mighty?" 75 (Iblis) said: "I am better than he: thou createdst me from fire, and him thou createdst from clay." 76 (Allah) said: "Then get thee out from here: for thou art rejected, accursed. 77 “And indeed My curse is upon you till the Day of Judgement.” 78 He said, "My Lord, then reprieve me until the Day they are resurrected." 79 Said Allah, “You are therefore among those given respite.” 80 until the day of the known time.' 81 He said: Then by Thy Might I will surely make them live an evil life, all, 82 except those of Your servants, the chosen ones from amongst them.” 83 He (Allah) said: 'This is the truth, and I speak the truth: 84 "That I will certainly fill Hell with thee and those that follow thee,- every one." 85 Say (Prophet Muhammad): 'For this I ask of you no wage, and I am not of those who take things upon themselves. 86 "It (this Quran) is only a Reminder for all the 'Alamin (mankind and jinns). 87 And ye will come in time to know the truth thereof. 88
