(Muhammad) say, "I am only a warner. The only Lord is God, the Almighty. 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them, all-mighty, all-forgiving." 66 Say: It is a message of importance, 67 "From which you turn away! 68 I had no knowledge of the High Assembly's dispute. 69 This alone is revealed to me, that I am only a clear warner.' 70 Behold, thy Lord said to the angels: "I am about to create man from clay: 71 After I have created him and breathed into him of My spirit, fall you down, prostrating yourselves to him.” 72 So all the angels prostrated themselves 73 Except Iblees; he was arrogant and became among the disbelievers. 74 [Allah] said, "O Iblees, what prevented you from prostrating to that which I created with My hands? Were you arrogant [then], or were you [already] among the haughty?" 75 He said: I am better than him. Thou createdst me of fire, whilst him Thou didst create of clay. 76 (God) said: "Then go hence, ostracised. 77 Upon you will be My damnation till the Day of Doom." 78 He said: My Lord! Reprieve me till the day when they are raised. 79 He said: Lo! thou art of those reprieved 80 till the Day whose Hour I know.” 81 (Iblis) said: “By Your glory, I shall mislead them all 82 “Except Your chosen bondmen among them.” 83 (God) said: "This is right by Me, and what I say is right. 84 "That I will certainly fill Hell with thee and those that follow thee,- every one." 85 (O Prophet), tell them: “I do not ask you for any recompense for the performance of this task; nor am I given to affectation. 86 It, (the Quran), is nothing but a reminder to you from the Lord of the Universe. 87 "And ye shall certainly know the truth of it (all) after a while." 88
