It is God who made the night for you to rest, the day to make things visible. Indeed God is gracious to men, but most men are not grateful. 61 That is Allah, your Lord, the Creator of everything; there is no Allah but He; whence are you then turned away? 62 Thus were turned away those who denied the communications of Allah. 63 Allah, it is He Who has made for you the earth as a dwelling place and the sky as a canopy, and has given you shape and made your shapes good (looking) and has provided you with good things. That is Allah, your Lord, then blessed be Allah, the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 64 He is the Ever-Living; there is no deity save Him: call, then, unto Him [alone,] sincere in your faith in Him. All praise is due to God, the Sustainer of all the worlds! 65 ۞ Say (O Muhammad): I am forbidden to worship those unto whom ye cry beside Allah since there have come unto me clear proofs from my Lord, and I am commanded to surrender to the Lord of the Worlds. 66 It is He Who created you from clay, then from a drop of liquid, then from a clot of blood, and then brings you forth as a child, then keeps you alive for you to reach adulthood and then to become old; and some among you pass away earlier, and for you to reach an appointed term, and so that you may understand. 67 He it is Who gives life and brings death, so when He decrees an affair, He only says to it: Be, and it is. 68
