See you not those who dispute about the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allah? How are they turning away (from the truth, i.e. Islamic Monotheism to the falsehood of polytheism)? 69 Those who cry lies to the Book and that wherewith We sent Our Messengers -- soon they will know! 70 When the shackles are around their necks and the chains; they will be dragged 71 Into the boiling water; then into the Fire they will be stocked. 72 Then shall it be said to them: Where is that which you used to set up 73 They will reply, "They have abandoned us. In fact, we had worshipped nothing" Thus does God cause the disbelievers to go astray. 74 That is because you exulted in the land unjustly and because you behaved insolently. 75 Enter the gates of Hell to abide therein, and (indeed) what an evil abode of the arrogant! 76 So be patient, (O Prophet). Surely Allah's promise is true. Whether We show them a part of the woeful consequences against which We warn them (while you are still in their midst) or We recall you (from this world) before that, eventually it is to Us that they shall be brought back. 77 And, indeed We have sent Messengers before you (O Muhammad SAW); of some of them We have related to you their story and of some We have not related to you their story, and it was not given to any Messenger that he should bring a sign except by the Leave of Allah. So, when comes the Commandment of Allah, the matter will be decided with truth, and the followers of falsehood will then be lost. 78
