See you not those who dispute about the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allah? How are they turning away (from the truth, i.e. Islamic Monotheism to the falsehood of polytheism)? 69 Those who belie the Book and that with which We sent Our Messengers shall soon know. 70 When the fetters and chains are round their necks they shall be dragged 71 boiling water, and cast into the Fire. 72 Then it is said unto them: Where are (all) that ye used to make partners (in the Sovereignty) 73 They will reply, "They have abandoned us. In fact, we had worshipped nothing" Thus does God cause the disbelievers to go astray. 74 (They will be told): “This is because while you were on earth you took delight in untruth and exulted in it. 75 Enter the gates of Hell to abide eternally therein, and wretched is the residence of the arrogant." 76 HENCE, remain thou patient in adversity - for, verily, God's promise always comes true. And whether We show thee [in this world] something of what We hold in store for those [deniers of the truth,] or whether We cause thee to die [ere that retribution takes place - know that, in the end,] it is unto Us that they will be brought back. 77 Indeed We sent many Noble Messengers before you, so We have related to you the affairs of some among them, and not related the affairs of some; and no Noble Messenger has the right to bring any sign except with the command of Allah; so the time when the command of Allah comes, the true judgement will be delivered and there will the people of falsehood be ruined. 78
