Hast thou not seen those who wrangle concerning the revelations of Allah, how they are turned away? - 69 Those who rejected the Book and the message which was given to Our Messenger will soon know (the consequences of their evil deeds). 70 When around their necks will be shackles and chains; they will be dragged. – 71 In the boiling water, then they will be burned in the Fire. 72 It will then be said to them: “Where are those whom you 73 associated with Allah in His Divinity?” They will say: “We have lost them; rather, we never used to call upon anyone before.” Thus will Allah cause them to stumble in error. 74 "This is so because you went about exulting wrongfully in the land," (will they be told), "and you were insolent. 75 So enter the gates of Hell to abide in it for ever." How evil the abode of the arrogant! 76 So be patient [Prophet], for God's promise is true: whether We show you part of what We have promised them in this life, or cause you to die first, it is to Us that they will be recalled. 77 And We have already sent messengers before you. Among them are those [whose stories] We have related to you, and among them are those [whose stories] We have not related to you. And it was not for any messenger to bring a sign [or verse] except by permission of Allah. So when the command of Allah comes, it will be concluded in truth, and the falsifiers will thereupon lose [all]. 78
