Seest thou not those that dispute concerning the Signs of Allah? How are they turned away (from Reality)?- 69 Those who deny the Book and that with which We sent Our messengers - they are going to know, 70 When iron collars will be rounded over their necks, and the chains, they shall be dragged along. 71 In the boiling water, then they will be burned in the Fire. 72 They will then be asked: "Where are they you took as partners 73 They will say, "They have been lost to us; nay, we did not invoke anything before [that had real existence]." Thus God leaves the deniers of the truth to stray; 74 That is because ye had been exulting in the earth without right, and because ye had been strutting. 75 Enter the gates of Gehenna and live there for ever. Evil is the lodging of the proud. 76 So you persevere with patience (in your mission). The promise of God is true. Whether We show you some of the punishment We have promised them, or gather you up in death, they have to come back to Us. 77 And We have already sent messengers before you. Among them are those [whose stories] We have related to you, and among them are those [whose stories] We have not related to you. And it was not for any messenger to bring a sign [or verse] except by permission of Allah. So when the command of Allah comes, it will be concluded in truth, and the falsifiers will thereupon lose [all]. 78

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
