whom God will tell, "My servants, you need have no fear on this day, nor will you be grieved". 68 [O you] who have attained to faith in Our messages and have surrendered your own selves unto Us! 69 Enter paradise, you and your spouses, with happiness blest!" 70 There shall be passed around them platters of gold, and cups, therein being whatever the souls desire, and the eyes delight in. 'And therein, you shall dwell forever. 71 And this is the garden which you are given as an inheritance on account of what you did. 72 Ye shall have therein abundance of fruit, from which ye shall have satisfaction. 73 The sinners will certainly dwell for ever in the torment of Hell. 74 (The torment) will not be lightened for them, and they will be plunged into destruction with deep regrets, sorrows and in despair therein. 75 And We did not wrong them, but it was they who were the wrongdoers. 76 And they will cry: "O thou [angel] who rulest [over hell]! Let thy Sustainer put an end to us!" [whereupon] he will reply: "Verily, you must live on [in this state] 77 We have brought to you the truth, but most of you despise the truth. 78 Have they determined upon a course? Then We too are determined. 79 Or do they think that We do not hear their secret talks and their whispering counsels? Yes, indeed We do and Our messengers (i.e., angels) are with them, writing. 80 Say: 'If the All-merciful has a son, then I am the first to serve him. 81 Purity is to the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of the Throne, from all what they fabricate. 82 Leave them (to indulge) in their desires and play around until they face that day which has been promised to them. 83 It is God who is the Lord of the heavens and is the Lord on earth. He is All-wise and All-knowing. 84 And blest be He Whose is the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatsoever is in-between the twain, and with Him is knowledge of the Hour, and unto Him ye will be made to return. 85 And those whom they worship besides Allah do not have the right of intercession the right of intercession is only for those who testify to the Truth and have knowledge. 86 And if thou ask them who created them, they will surely say: Allah. How then are they turned away? 87 We call to witness the cry of the Messenger: “O Lord, these are a people not wont to believe!” 88 Wherefore turn thou aside from them, and say: peace; presently they shall come to know. 89
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
