Al-Dukhaan 3 of 3
Verily, [in the life to come] the tree of deadly fruit 43 Will be the food of the Sinful,- 44 Like dregs of oil; it shall boil in (their) bellies, 45 As the seething of boiling water. 46 [A voice will cry], "Seize him and drag him into the midst of Hell. 47 Then pour boiling water over his head as punishment. 48 Taste this; you who considered yourself the mighty, the honourable! 49 "Verily! This is that whereof you used to doubt!" 50 Surely those who fear and follow the straight path will be in a place of peace and security 51 amid gardens and springs, 52 dressed in fine silk and in rich brocade, and they will face each other: 53 As such, We shall wed them to wide eyed houris (the virgins of Paradise). 54 There can they call for every kind of fruit in peace and security; 55 They will not taste death again in it, except their former death; and Allah has saved them from the punishment of fire. 56 A bounty from thy Lord. That! that is the supreme achievement. 57 And We have made (this Scripture) easy in thy language only that they may heed. 58 So wait thou [for what the future will bring]: behold, they, too, are waiting. 59

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
