Indeed, the tree of zaqqum 43 Will be the food of the Sinful,- 44 Like molten copper boiling in the belly 45 Like the churning of boiling water. 46 Lay hold of him, and drag him unto the midst of the Flaming Fire. 47 "Then pour over his head the Penalty of Boiling Water, 48 [It will be said], "Taste! Indeed, you are the honored, the noble! 49 This is the very thing which you [deniers of the truth] were wont to call in question!" 50 [As against this] verily, the God-conscious will find themselves in a state secure, 51 Amid gardens and watersprings, 52 They shall wear of fine and thick silk, (sitting) face to face; 53 So it is; and We have wedded them to maidens with gorgeous eyes. 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit in peace and security; 55 and neither shall they taste death there after having passed through their erstwhile death. Thus will He have preserved them from all suffering through the blazing fire 56 God will protect them from the torment of hell as a favor from your Lord. (Muhammad), this is certainly the greatest triumph. 57 THUS, THEN, [O Prophet,] have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own [human] tongue, so that men might take it to heart. 58 Wait, then; they too are waiting. 59
