Al-Dukhaan 3 of 3
Verily the tree of Zaqqum 43 Will be the food of the Sinful,- 44 It is like pitch. It will fume in the belly 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 [And the word will be spoken:] "Seize him, [O you forces of hell,] and drag him into the midst of the blazing fire: 47 then pour over his head the chastisement of boiling water!' 48 Taste this; you who considered yourself the mighty, the honourable! 49 “Indeed this is what you used to doubt about.” 50 Surely those who guard (against evil) are in a secure place, 51 Within gardens and springs, 52 Dressed in fine silk and (also) in thick silk, facing each other, 53 Even so (it will be). And We shall wed them unto fair ones with wide, lovely eyes. 54 In that [paradise] they shall [rightfully] claim all the fruits [of their past deeds,] resting in security; 55 They shall not taste therein death except the first death, and He will save them from the punishment of the hell, 56 as an act of grace. That will be the supreme triumph. 57 We have made the Quran easy for you to recite so that perhaps they may take heed. 58 Wait (for God's decree) and they too will be waiting. 59
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
