Al-Dukhaan 3 of 3
Indeed the tree of Zaqqum, – 43 will be the food of the sinful: 44 like molten lead will it boil in the belly, 45 As the seething of boiling water. 46 (It will be said) "Seize him and drag him into the midst of blazing Fire, 47 "Then pour over his head the Penalty of Boiling Water, 48 "Taste it," (they will be told). "You were indeed the mighty and noble! 49 This is that concerning which you were doubting.' 50 Indeed, for those who feared (Allah) is a secure place 51 In the midst of gardens and of springs, 52 Attired in fine silk and brocade, facing each other. 53 So; and We shall join them to fair women with beautiful, big, and lustrous eyes. 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit in peace and security; 55 They taste not death therein, save the first death. And He hath saved them from the doom of hell, 56 As a Bounty from your Lord! That will be the supreme success! 57 We have made the Quran easy for you to recite so that perhaps they may take heed. 58 Wait (for God's decree) and they too will be waiting. 59

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
