Lo, the Tree of Ez-Zakkoum 43 is food for the sinner. 44 like the dregs of oil, it shall boil in their bellies, 45 like the boiling of burning despair. 46 [And the word will be spoken:] "Seize him, [O you forces of hell,] and drag him into the midst of the blazing fire: 47 then pour over his head the chastisement of boiling water!' 48 "Taste it," (they will be told). "You were indeed the mighty and noble! 49 Surely this is what you disputed about. 50 The pious ones will be in a secure place 51 among gardens and fountains, 52 clothed in fine silk and rich brocade, sitting face to face with one another. 53 Even so; and We shall espouse them to wide-eyed houris, 54 They shall call therein for every fruit in security; 55 They shall not taste therein of death, save the first death, And He shall guard them against the chastisement of Hell -- 56 as a bounty from your Lord. That will be the mighty triumph. 57 We have made the Quran easy for you to recite so that perhaps they may take heed. 58 Wait then (O Muhammad). Lo! they (too) are waiting. 59
