Indeed, the tree of zaqqum 43 Food of the sinner. 44 Like molten brass, it seetheth in their bellies 45 like the boiling of hot water. 46 (And it will be said): Take him and drag him to the midst of hell, 47 Then pour unto their heads the boiling water to torment them". 48 "Taste thou (this)! Truly wast thou mighty, full of honour! 49 This is that which you doubted' 50 But those mindful of God will be in a safe place, 51 Amid gardens and watersprings, 52 robed in silk and brocade, set face to face. 53 Thus shall it be: and We shall espouse them to fair, wide-eyed maidens. 54 In that [paradise] they shall [rightfully] claim all the fruits [of their past deeds,] resting in security; 55 There they shall not taste death, except the first death, and He will shield them from the punishment of Hell, 56 as an act of grace. That will be the supreme triumph. 57 (O Prophet), We have made this Book easy in your tongue so that they may take heed. 58 Wait then (O Muhammad). Lo! they (too) are waiting. 59
