For, God's is the dominion over the heavens and the earth; and on the Day when the Last Hour dawns - on that Day will be lost all who [in their lifetime] tried to reduce to nothing [whatever they could not understand]. 27 And [on that Day] thou wilt see all people kneeling down [in humility]: all people will be called upon to [face] their record: "Today you shall be requited for all that you ever did! 28 "This Our Record speaks about you with truth: For We were wont to put on Record all that ye did." 29 So, those who believed and did good things will be admitted to His favour by their Lord. This will be a clear triumph. 30 And to those who disbelieved, it will be said “Was it not that Our verses were recited to you? In response you were haughty and were a guilty people.” 31 "And when it was said that the promise of Allah was true, and that the Hour- there was no doubt about its (coming), ye used to say, 'We know not what is the hour: we only think it is an idea, and we have no firm assurance.'" 32 The evil of their actions will then become clear to them. The punishment they mocked will engulf them. 33 And it shall be said, 'Today We do forget you, even as you forgot the encounter of this your day; and your refuge is the Fire, and you shall have no helpers. 34 “This is because you mocked at the signs of Allah, and the worldly life deceived you”; so this day they are not to be removed from the fire, nor will anyone seek amends from them. 35 All praise, then, unto Allah, Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth, Lord of the worlds. 36 His is the Pride in the heavens and earth. He is the Almighty, the Wise. 37
