God's is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth. The day the Hour is proclaimed the liars will be losers. 27 You will see all the people kneeling down. Everyone will be summoned to the Book (containing the record of their deeds). They will be told, "On this day you will be recompensed for what you have done". 28 This Book of Ours speaketh against you with truth; verily We have been setting down whatsoever ye have been working. 29 Then, as for those who believed and did good works, their Lord will bring them in unto His mercy. That is the evident triumph. 30 To the unbelievers the Lord will say, "Were not Our revelations recited to you and did not you arrogantly reject them? You were a sinful people". 31 for when it was said, 'Behold, God's promise always comes true, and there can be no doubt about [the coming of] the Last Hour' - you would answer, 'We do not know what that Last Hour may be: we think it is no more than an empty guess, and [so] we are by no means convinced!'" 32 The evil of their deeds will appear to them, and they shall be encompassed by that they mocked, 33 And it will be said: "This Day We will forget you as you forgot the Meeting of this Day of yours. And your abode is the Fire, and there is none to help you." 34 This because you laughed at God's revelations and were taken in by the life of the world." So they will neither be taken out of it, nor will be asked to seek God's favour on that day. 35 All praise be to God, Lord of the heavens, Lord of the earth, Lord of all the worlds. 36 His is the supremacy in the heavens and the earth; and He is the all-mighty and all-wise. 37
