To God belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth; on the Day when the Hour comes, those who follow falsehood will be the losers. 27 You will see each community kneeling down; and each community will be summoned to its ledger (of good and evil deeds). You will receive upon that day your recompense for what you had done. 28 This, Our record, will speak about you truthfully. We had everything you did recorded in it. 29 So as for those who believed and did righteous deeds, their Lord will admit them into His mercy. That is what is the clear attainment. 30 As to those who disbelieved: What! were not My communications recited to you? But you were proud and you were a guilty people. 31 And when it was said; verily Allah's promise is true, and the Hour! there is no doubt thereof; ye said: we know not what the Hour is, we imagine it naught but an opinion, and we are not convinced. 32 And [on that Day,] the evil of their doings will become obvious to them, and they will be overwhelmed by the very thing which they were wont to deride. 33 And it will be said, "Today We will forget you as you forgot the meeting of this Day of yours, and your refuge is the Fire, and for you there are no helpers. 34 That is because you made a mockery of God's revelations and were deluded by the life of this world." Therefore, today they will not be brought out of the Fire, nor will they be allowed to make amends. 35 So all the praises and thanks are to Allah, the Lord of the heavens and the Lord of the earth, and the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 36 And His alone is all majesty in the heavens and on earth; and He alone is almighty, truly wise! 37
