Muhammad (Muhammad)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Those who reject Allah and hinder (men) from the Path of Allah,- their deeds will Allah render astray (from their mark). 1 But those who believe and do righteous good deeds, and believe in that which is sent down to Muhammad (SAW), for it is the truth from their Lord, He will expiate from them their sins, and will make good their state. 2 This, because they who are bent on denying the truth pursue falsehood, whereas they who have attained to faith pursue [but] the truth [that flows] from their Sustainer. In this way does God set forth unto man the parables of their true state. 3 So when you meet in battle those who disbelieve, then smite the necks until when you have overcome them, then make (them) prisoners, and afterwards either set them free as a favor or let them ransom (themselves) until the war terminates. That (shall be so); and if Allah had pleased He would certainly have exacted what is due from them, but that He may try some of you by means of others; and (as for) those who are slain in the way of Allah, He will by no means allow their deeds to perish. 4 He will guide them and improve their state, 5 And will admit them into gardens with which he has acquainted them. 6 O you who have attained to faith! If you help [the cause of] God, He will help you, and will make firm your steps; 7 But those who reject (Allah),- for them is destruction, and (Allah) will render their deeds astray (from their mark). 8 they have hated God's revelation, and thus, He has made their deeds devoid of all virtue. 9 ۞ Have they not journeyed in the land and seen the fate of those before them? Destroyed they were utterly by God; and a similar (fate) awaits the unbelievers. 10 That is because Allah is patron of those who believe, and because the disbelievers have no patron. 11
