In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
Those who reject Allah and hinder (men) from the Path of Allah,- their deeds will Allah render astray (from their mark). 1 As for the believers who do good works and believe in what is sent down to Muhammad which is the truth from their Lord He will acquit them of their sins and repair their condition. 2 That is because those who refuse to believe only follow what is false; but those who believe follow the truth from their Lord. That is how God gives men precepts of wisdom. 3 If you encounter the disbelievers in a battle, strike-off their heads. Take them as captives when they are defeated. Then you may set them free as a favor to them, with or without a ransom, when the battle is over. This is the Law. Had God wanted, He could have granted them (unbelievers) victory, but He wants to test you through each other. The deeds of those who are killed for the cause of God will never be without virtuous results. 4 He will show them the way, and better their state, 5 and will admit them to Paradise with which He has acquainted them. 6 O People who Believe! If you help the religion of Allah, He will help you and will stabilise you. 7 And for those who disbelieve – may they be ruined, and may Allah destroy all their deeds! 8 That is because they hated what Allah revealed, so He rendered their deeds null. 9 ۞ Have they not journeyed in the land and seen the fate of those before them? Destroyed they were utterly by God; and a similar (fate) awaits the unbelievers. 10 that is because Allah is the Guardian of the believers, and the unbelievers have no guardian. 11
