Muhammad (Muhammad)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Those who reject Allah and hinder (men) from the Path of Allah,- their deeds will Allah render astray (from their mark). 1 But those who believe and do righteous good deeds, and believe in that which is sent down to Muhammad (SAW), for it is the truth from their Lord, He will expiate from them their sins, and will make good their state. 2 That is because those who refuse to believe only follow what is false; but those who believe follow the truth from their Lord. That is how God gives men precepts of wisdom. 3 When you meet the unbelievers, smite their necks, then, when you have made wide slaughter among them, tie fast the bonds; then set them free, either by grace or ransom, till the war lays down its loads. So it shall be; and if God had willed, He would have avenged Himself upon them; but that He may try some of you by means of others. And those who are slain in the way of God, He will not send their works astray. 4 Soon will He guide them and improve their condition, 5 And admit them to Paradise which He has made known to them (i.e. they will know their places in Paradise more than they used to know their houses in the world). 6 O ye who believe! If ye help Allah, He will help you and will make your foothold firm. 7 But the unbelievers shall be the destroyed losers. He will bring their deeds to nothing. 8 That is because they detest that which Allah hath sent down, and so He shall make of non-effect their works. 9 ۞ Have they not travelled then on the earth so that they might see how hath been the end of those before them! Allah annihilated them. And for the infidels theirs shall be the like fate therefore. 10 That is because God is the protector of the believers, and those who deny the truth have no protector at all. 11
