And certainly We created man, and We know what his mind suggests to him, and We are nearer to him than his life-vein. 16 When both receivers (the angels) receive, one on his right, the other on his left, 17 He uttereth no word but there is with him an observer ready. 18 The trance of death will come revealing the truth: that is what you were trying to escape. 19 and [in the end] the trumpet [of resurrection] will be blown: that will be the Day of a warning fulfilled. 20 And there will come forth every soul: with each will be an (angel) to drive, and an (angel) to bear witness. 21 (It will be said): 'Of this you have been heedless. Therefore, we have now removed your covering. Today your sight is sharp' 22 And his companion will say: 'This is that which I have present' 23 The command was given: “Cast into Hell every hardened, stubborn unbeliever, 24 who hinders good, exceeds the limits, is immersed in doubts, 25 “The one who appointed another God along with Allah – so both of you fling him into the severe punishment.” 26 ۞ His companion will say: Our Lord! I did not lead him into inordinacy but he himself was in a great error. 27 He will say: "Dispute not with each other in My Presence: I had already in advance sent you Warning. 28 There is no changing of My word, nor am I unjust to My creatures." 29
