Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By (the winds) that scatter dust. 1 And those who bear the load (of rain), 2 and those speeding along with ease, 3 And those who distribute (blessings) by command, 4 Indeed, what you are promised is true. 5 And verily Judgment and Justice must indeed come to pass. 6 And by oath of the decorated heaven. 7 surely you are at variance (about the Hereafter); 8 Let whoever wishes, turn away from Our Quran. 9 Destroyed are the falsifiers 10 who are heedless in the immersion. 11 asking, 'When shall be the Day of Doom?' 12 [It is] the Day they will be tormented over the Fire 13 Taste your persecution! this is what you would hasten on. 14 [But,] behold, the God-conscious will find themselves amid gardens and springs, 15 enjoying all that their Sustainer will have granted them [because,] verily, they were doers of good in the past: 16 Little of the night would they slumber, 17 And in the morning they asked forgiveness. 18 and in their wealth was a share for whosoever asked and for whosoever was prevented. 19 And in the earth are signs for those who are certain. 20 and also in your own selves. Do you not see? 21 In the sky is your provision and that which you are promised. 22 This, by the Lord of the heavens and the earth is as certain as your ability to speak. 23
