Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat)
60 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Dunes (Al-Ahqaaf) before Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By the winds that scatter the dust, 1 and those that carry the burden [of heavy clouds,] 2 And those that flow with ease and gentleness; 3 Then those (angels who) distribute blessings by Our command; 4 What you are threatened with is most surely true, 5 and surely the Doom is about to fall! 6 By the Sky with (its) numerous Paths, 7 You are surely caught in contradictions., 8 He is turned away from it who would be turned away. 9 They but destroy themselves, they who are given to guessing at what they cannot ascertain 10 Who are within a flood [of confusion] and heedless. 11 They ask; "When will be the Day of Recompense?" 12 It will be on the day when they will be roasted in the fire. 13 And it will be said to them, “Taste your own roasting; this is what you were impatient for.” 14 As to the Righteous, they will be in the midst of Gardens and Springs, 15 Taking joy in the things which their Lord gives them, because, before then, they lived a good life. 16 Little of the night would they slumber, 17 and would ask for forgiveness at dawn, 18 And the beggar and the destitute had a share in their wealth. 19 And on the earth there are signs for those who would be convinced. 20 And also in your own selves. Behold ye not? 21 In the heavens there is your sustenance and that which you were promised (Paradise). 22 So, by the Lord of the heaven and the earth, this is certainly true, as true as the fact of your speaking. 23

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
