▼ 51 Drivers of the Winds
Al-Dhaareyaat 3 of 3
With power did We construct the heaven. Verily, We are Able to extend the vastness of space thereof. 47 And the earth -- We spread it forth; O excellent Smoothers! 48 We have created everything in pairs so that perhaps you may take heed. 49 And so, [O Muhammad, say unto them:] "Flee unto God [from all that is false and evil]! Verily, I am a plain warner to you from Him! 50 And do not make [as equal] with Allah another deity. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner. 51 Even so not a Messenger came to those before them but they said, 'A sorcerer, or a man possessed!' 52 Have they charged each other with this? Nay! they are an inordinate people. 53 Turn, then, away from them, and thou shalt incur no blame; 54 But remind, the Reminder will benefit the believers. 55 I have not created jinn and mankind except to serve Me. 56 I seek not any provision from them (i.e. provision for themselves or for My creatures) nor do I ask that they should feed Me (i.e. feed themselves or My creatures). 57 Indeed it is Allah, Who is the Greatest Sustainer, the Strong, the Able. 58 And indeed, for those who have wronged is a portion [of punishment] like the portion of their predecessors, so let them not impatiently urge Me. 59 And woe to those who have disbelieved from their Day which they are promised. 60
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
