We built the universe with Our might, giving it its vast expanse. 47 We have spread out the earth, how well We have spread it out, 48 And We created pairs of everything that you may contemplate. 49 Therefore fly to Allah, surely I am a plain warner to you from Him. 50 And set not up with God another god; I am a clear warner from Him to you. 51 Even thus no apostle came to those before them but they said: "He is a sorcerer or a mad man." 52 Have they charged each other with this? Nay! they are an inordinate people. 53 So withdraw from them (O Muhammad), for thou art in no wise blameworthy, 54 Keep on reminding them. This benefits the believers. 55 I created the jinn and mankind only so that they might worship Me: 56 I desire of them no provision, neither do I desire that they should feed Me. 57 For Allah is He Who gives (all) Sustenance,- Lord of Power,- Steadfast (for ever). 58 The unjust will bear a burden like that of their unjust predecessors. Let them not make Me bring immediate punishment upon them. 59 Woe, then, betide those who disbelieved in that Day of theirs which they are being asked to hold in dread. 60
