We built the heavens by Our authority; and We are the Lord of power and expanse. 47 We have spread out the earth and how brilliantly it is spread! 48 And in everything have We created opposites, so that you might bear in mind [that God alone is One]. 49 Therefore fly to Allah, surely I am a plain warner to you from Him. 50 And do not set up with Allah another god: surely I am a plain warner to you from Him. 51 Likewise, there came no messenger to those before them, but they said, "He is a sorcerer or a madman." 52 Have they arrived at a common understanding concerning this? No; but they are a people given to transgression. 53 (Muhammad), leave them alone and you will not be blamed. 54 And advise, for advice benefits the Muslims. 55 I created the jinn and humans for nothing else but that they may serve Me; 56 I seek no sustenance from them, nor do I want them to feed Me -- 57 Surely Allah is the Bestower of all provision, the Lord of all power, the Strong. 58 And indeed for these unjust is also a turn of punishment, like that of their companions – so they must not ask Me to hasten. 59 Therefore woe to those who disbelieve because of their day which they are threatened with. 60
