With power did We construct the heaven. Verily, We are Able to extend the vastness of space thereof. 47 And We have spread out the (spacious) earth: How excellently We do spread out! 48 And all things We have created by pairs, that haply ye may reflect. 49 Hasten ye then (at once) to Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open! 50 And do not ascribe divinity to aught side by side with God: verily, I am a plain warner to you from Him!" 51 Likewise, there came not an apostle unto those before them but they said: a magician or a madman! 52 Is this the legacy they have transmitted, one to another? Nay, they are themselves a people transgressing beyond bounds! 53 Therefore turn away from them (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), – so there is no blame upon you. 54 And admonish, for verily admonition profiteth the believers. 55 And I have not created the jinn and the men except that they should serve Me. 56 I want no sustenance from them nor do I want them to feed Me. 57 God is certainly the great provider, Lord of strength and power. 58 The wrong-doers shall receive a portion of the chastisements as their fellows (of yore). So let them not rush Me. 59 So ruin is for disbelievers, from their day – which they are promised. 60
