Did you (O Muhammad SAW) observe him who turned away (from Islam). 33 and gives a little, grudgingly? 34 Is with him the knowledge of the unseen so that he sees? 35 Or is he not informed with what is in the Pages (Scripture) of Musa (Moses), 36 and Abraham, he who paid his debt in full? 37 “That no bearer of a burden shall bear the burden of another, 38 and that a man shall have to his account only as he has laboured, 39 and that in time [the nature of] all his striving will be shown [to him in its true light,] 40 then, he shall be recompensed for it in full repayment 41 And that to your Lord is the goal- 42 And that it is He (Allah) Who makes (whom He wills) laugh, and makes (whom He wills) weep; 43 And that it is He (Allah) Who causes death and gives life; 44 That He created pairs, male and female, 45 from a discharged living germ 46 and that upon Him rests the second growth, 47 It is He who grants people temporary and durable wealth. 48 that He is the Lord of Sirius, 49 It is He who utterly destroyed the ancient tribes of Ad, 50 And the Thamud nor gave them a lease of perpetual life. 51 And before them, the people of Nooh? Indeed they were more unjust and more rebellious than these! 52 And He overthrew the Cities of the Plain, 53 and then covered them from sight forever. 54 About which, then, of thy Sustainer's powers canst thou [still] remain in doubt? 55 This is a warner of the warners of old. 56 There hath approached the approaching Hour. 57 [although] none but God can unveil it.... 58 Will you, then, wonder at this? 59 And keep laughing and do not weep, 60 And ye are behaving proudly. 61 Bow instead in adoration before God and worship Him. ۩ 62
