Prostration

Hast thou considered him who turns his back 33 Gives a little, then hardens (his heart)? 34 Hath he knowledge of the Unseen so that he seeth? 35 Did not the news reach him, of that which is mentioned in the Books of Moosa? 36 And (of) Ibrahim who fulfilled (the commandments): 37 That no burdened soul bears another soul’s burden? 38 and that a man shall have to his account only as he has laboured, 39 That (the fruit of) his striving will soon come in sight: 40 Then will he be rewarded with a reward complete; 41 And that to your Lord is the finality 42 that it is He who causes to laugh and causes to weep. 43 that it is He who causes death and gives life; 44 and that it is He who creates the two kinds - the male and the female 45 From a drop of semen when emitted; 46 And that only upon Him is the next revival? 47 that it is He who gives wealth and possessions; 48 And that He is the Lord of the Sirius; 49 that it was He that destroyed ancient Aad 50 And (the tribe of) Thamud He spared not; 51 And the folk of Noah aforetime, Lo! they were more unjust and more rebellious; 52 And the overthrown cities did He overthrow, 53 and covered them with torment. 54 About which, then, of thy Sustainer's powers canst thou [still] remain in doubt? 55 THIS IS a warning like those warnings of old: 56 The near event draws nigh. 57 No one besides God can rescue a soul from hardship. 58 Are you astonished at this news, 59 and do you laugh, and do you not weep, 60 While ye amuse yourselves? 61 So prostrate to Allah and worship [Him]. ۩ 62
Almighty Allah's Truth.
