(Muhammad), have you ever seen the one who has turned away (from guidance), 33 And gave a little and [then] refrained? 34 Or, does he possess knowledge of the Unseen, and can therefore see? 35 Hath he not been told of that which is in the writs of Musa. 36 And Abraham who paid his debt: 37 That no one who carries a burden bears another's load; 38 And that man can have nothing but what he does (good or bad). 39 and that his work is surely seen 40 Then shall he be rewarded for it with the fullest reward- 41 To your Lord will all things eventually return. 42 And that He it is who maketh laugh, and maketh weep, 43 That it is He Who granteth Death and Life; 44 and that He Himself created the two sexes: male and female, 45 from a discharged living germ 46 and that upon Him rests the second growth, 47 and that it is He who gives riches and causes to hoard, 48 and that He is the Lord of (the star) Sirius, 49 And that He did destroy the Ad of old 50 And that Thamud! He left not. 51 and before them the people of Noah who were even more unjust and insolent; 52 And He destroyed the overthrown cities [of Sodom to which Prophet Lout (Lot) was sent]. 53 And covered them by that which He covered. 54 Which then of thy Lord's benefits wilt thou doubt? 55 This [Prophet] is a warner like the former warners. 56 The Imminent is imminent; 57 None, except Allah, can avert it. 58 Does this statement seem strange to them 59 and do they laugh instead of weeping, 60 While you are proudly sporting? 61 [Nay,] but prostrate yourselves before God, and worship [Him alone]! ۩ 62
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Stars (Al-Najm). Sent down in Mecca after Absoluteness (Al-Ikhlaas) before He Frowned ('Abasa)

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
