▼ 54 The Moon

The Pharaoh and his people had also received Our warning, 41 (They) belied all Our Signs, so We seized them with a Seizure of the All-Mighty, All-Capable to carry out what he Will (Omnipotent). 42 Are the unbelievers of yours better than these, or is there an exemption for you in the scriptures? 43 Or do they say: “We are a strong legion, strong enough for victory?” 44 Anon will their multitude be vanquished, and they will turn the back. 45 But the Hour is their appointment [for due punishment], and the Hour is more disastrous and more bitter. 46 Indeed the criminals are astray and insane. 47 on the Day when they are dragged into the fire on their faces, it will be said to them, "Now feel the touch of Hell!" 48 Indeed, We have created all things according to a measure. 49 And Our command is but one, as the twinkling of an eye. 50 We have destroyed the likes of you; is there any that will remember? 51 Whatever they have done has been recorded in the Books (records of the deeds). 52 everything large or small, is duly inscribed. 53 As to the Righteous, they will be in the midst of Gardens and Rivers, 54 in a sure abode, in the presence of a King Omnipotent. 55

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
