And indeed the Noble Messengers came to the people of Firaun. 41 but they belied all Our signs so We seized them with the seizing of the Mighty, Powerful. 42 Are your disbelievers better than those [former ones], or have you immunity in the scripture? 43 Or say they: We are a host victorious? 44 The hosts will all be routed and will turn and flee. 45 Nay; the Hour of Doom is their appointed time, and the Hour shall be more calamitous and bitter. 46 Surely the sinners are misguided and insane. 47 The day when they are dragged on their faces into the Fire: 'Taste now the touch of Sakar!' 48 We have indeed created all things by a proper measure. 49 Our command consists of only one Word which is carried out in the twinkling of an eye. 50 And indeed, We have destroyed your likes, then is there any that will remember (or receive admonition)? 51 And each and everything they have done is noted in (their) Records (of deeds). 52 every action, small or great, is noted down. 53 Surely those who guard (against evil) shall be in gardens and rivers, 54 in a seat of truth, in the presence of a Sovereign who determines all things. 55
