All that is on the earth is passing, 26 But will abide (for ever) the Face of thy Lord,- full of Majesty, Bounty and Honour. 27 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 28 Whosoever is in the heaven and earth ask Him. Every day He is upon an affair (He reveals according to His Eternal determination). 29 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 30 Soon will We apply Ourselves to you, O you two armies. 31 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 32 O company of jinn and mankind, if you are able to pass beyond the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass. You will not pass except by authority [from Allah]. 33 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 34 On you will be sent (O ye evil ones twain!) a flame of fire (to burn) and a smoke (to choke): no defence will ye have: 35 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 36 When the sky is rent asunder, and it becomes red like ointment: 37 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain you men and jinn then deny? 38 Of his sin will be questioned that Day neither man nor jinn. 39 (We shall see) which of the favours of your Lord will you twain you men and jinn then deny? 40 (For) the sinners will be known by their marks: and they will be seized by their forelocks and their feet. 41 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 42 This is hell, which the criminals deny. 43 between it and [their own] burning-hot despair will they wander to and fro! 44 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 45

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
