For everything on the earth is extinction. 26 while your Lord's own Self will remain full of majesty and glory. 27 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 28 Whosoever is in the heavens and on earth begs of Him (its needs from Him). Every day He has a matter to bring forth (such as giving honour to some, disgrace to some, life to some, death to some, etc.)! 29 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 30 Soon will We apply Ourselves to you, O you two armies. 31 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 32 O company of jinn and men, if you have the power to go beyond the bounds of the heavens and the earth, go beyond them! Yet you will be unable to go beyond them for that requires infinite power. 33 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 34 There will be sent, against you both, heat of fire and flash of brass, and ye will not escape. 35 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 36 And when the heaven will be rent in sunder and will become rosy like unto red hide. 37 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 38 Neither man nor jinn will be questioned on that day about his sin. 39 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 40 The guilty ones will be recognized by their faces and will be seized by their forelocks and feet. 41 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 42 Yonder is the Hell which the culprits belied. 43 they shall go round between it and between hot, boiling water. 44 Which of the favours of your Lord will you then deny? 45
