▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
Those who fear their Lord will have two gardens 46 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 47 [There will be two gardens with] spreading branches. 48 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 49 In the two Gardens flow two springs. 50 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 51 In which will be of every fruit two kinds. 52 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 53 Reclining on carpets whereof the linings will be of brocade; and the fruit of the two Gardens shall be near at hand. 54 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 55 In them maidens with averted glances, undeflowered by man or by jinn before them, -- 56 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 57 Like unto Rubies and coral. 58 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 59 Shall the recompense of kindness be aught save kindness? 60 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 61 And besides these two there shall be two other Gardens. 62 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 63 The greenest of green pastures. 64 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 65 In the Gardens are two springs, overflowing with abundance. 66 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 67 In which will be the fruit, date-palms and pomegranates. 68 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 69 There will be well-disciplined, beautiful maidens. 70 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 71 Fair ones, confined in tents. 72 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 73 Man has not touched them before them nor jinni. 74 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 75 [They will live in such a paradise] reclining upon green cushions and the finest carpets. 76 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 77 Blessed be the Name of your Lord, Majestic, Splendid. 78
