▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
But such as fears the Station of his Lord, for them shall be two gardens -- 46 (jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 47 Full of overhanging branches -- 48 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 49 With two springs of water flowing through them both. -- 50 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 51 Wherein is every kind of fruit in pairs. 52 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 53 They shall recline on couches lined with brocade, and within reach shall hang the fruits of the two Gardens. 54 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 55 Upon thrones are the women who do not gaze at men except their husbands, and before them, are untouched by any man or jinn. 56 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 57 Like unto Rubies and coral. 58 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 59 Shall the recompense of kindness be aught save kindness? 60 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 61 And besides these two, there are two other Gardens,- 62 Which of the favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 63 Both inclining to blackness. 64 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 65 With two fountains gushing constantly, -- 66 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 67 therein fruits, and palm-trees, and pomegranates -- 68 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 69 In them are good and beautiful women - 70 jinn and mankind - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny 71 There shall be maidens sheltered in tents. 72 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 73 Whom neither a man or jinn had ever touched before them. 74 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and rich beautiful mattresses. 76 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 77 Blessed be the Name of your Lord (Allah), the Owner of Majesty and Honour. 78
