BUT FOR THOSE who of their Sustainer's Presence stand in fear, two gardens [of paradise are readied] 46 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? - 47 full of various trees. 48 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 49 In [each of] these two [gardens] two springs will flow. 50 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 51 therein of every fruit two kinds -- 52 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 53 They shall recline on couches lined with brocade, and within reach shall hang the fruits of the two Gardens. 54 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 55 In them maidens with averted glances, undeflowered by man or by jinn before them, -- 56 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 57 As (lovely as) rubies and as (beautiful as) coral. 58 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 59 Can the reward of goodness be any other than goodness? 60 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 61 And besides these two other gardens -- 62 Which of the favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 63 Two Gardens, dark green and fresh. 64 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 65 Therein are two gushing fountains of water. 66 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 67 In both gardens there will be fruits, palm-trees, and pomegranates 68 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 69 There will be well-disciplined, beautiful maidens. 70 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 71 Fair ones, confined in tents. 72 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 73 Whom neither a man or jinn had ever touched before them. 74 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 75 They will be reclining on plain green and beautifully printed cushions 76 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 77 Blessed be the name of thy Lord, full of Majesty, Bounty and Honour. 78
