BUT FOR THOSE who of their Sustainer's Presence stand in fear, two gardens [of paradise are readied] 46 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 47 Full of overhanging branches -- 48 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 49 therein two fountains of running water -- 50 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 51 In them (both) will be every kind of fruit in pairs. 52 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 53 [In such a paradise the blest will dwell,] reclining upon carpets lined with rich brocade; and the fruit of both these gardens will be within easy reach. 54 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 55 In them maidens with averted glances, undeflowered by man or by jinn before them, -- 56 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 57 They are like rubies and coral-stone. 58 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 59 Should the reward of goodness be aught else but goodness? -- 60 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 61 Besides those two there shall be two other gardens. 62 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? - 63 two [gardens] of the deepest green. 64 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 65 In them (each) will be two Springs pouring forth water in continuous abundance: 66 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 67 In them will be Fruits, and dates and pomegranates: 68 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 69 In them will be fair (Companions), good, beautiful;- 70 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 71 houris, cloistered in cool pavilions -- 72 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 73 Neither human nor jinn will have touched them before. 74 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and beautiful carpets. 76 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 77 Blessed is the name of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor. 78
Almighty God's Truth.
