The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ When the Event will come to pass 1 There is, at its occurrence, no denial. 2 Abasing exalting. 3 when the earth will suddenly shake with a terrible shaking, 4 And the mountains shall be made to crumble with (an awful) crumbling, 5 they will become like dust scattered around. 6 And you will become divided into three categories. 7 The People on the Right: and how fortunate will be the People on the Right! 8 Companions of the Left, what are the Companions of the Left? 9 And those foremost [(in Islamic Faith of Monotheism and in performing righteous deeds) in the life of this world on the very first call for to embrace Islam,] will be foremost (in Paradise). 10 These will be those Nearest to Allah: 11 In gardens of delight; 12 Many of them will be from the ancient people 13 And a few from among the latter. 14 on lavish couches 15 Reclining on them, facing each other. 16 Round about them will (serve) youths of perpetual (freshness), 17 with goblets and ewers and a cup filled with a drink drawn from a running spring, 18 Wherefrom they will get neither any aching of the head, nor any intoxication. 19 And such fruits as they fancy, 20 And the flesh of fowls, any that they may desire. 21 And gorgeous eyed fair maidens. 22 like the pearls in their shells: 23 [And this will be] a reward for what they did [in life]. 24 Therein they shall hear no idle talk, no cause of sin, 25 Nought but the saying: peace! peace! 26 And those on the right hand; what of those on the right hand? 27 (They will be) among thornless lote-trees, 28 Among Talh (banana-trees) with fruits piled one above another, 29 In shade long-extended, 30 and flowing water 31 and fruits abounding 32 That will neither finish, nor ever be stopped. 33 And on Thrones (of Dignity), raised high. 34 Verily We! We have created those maidens by a creation. 35 And made them virgins. 36 chaste, loving companions of the same age 37 For the Companions of the Right Hand. 38

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
